Feb. Is a great month!!

Well for winter and a a recession things seem to be going well. We are looking forward to a Mardi Gras dinner for the Belleville high School Foreign language club on Fat Tuesday!! This menu is so much fun I may just do one for the public!! We have a wedding for 80 people planned the end of the month, the wedding will actually take place in the restauant!!! I am really excited about that!! I would also like to thank Park Street bible study and The Tug Hill commission for chosing us for their night out!!!
